针对量子体系的高性能计算模拟是超算应用的一个重要的研究方向。当前我们自研或者参与研发了多种量子化学、凝聚态物理方面计算软件、分析工具，包括：

HILQC: 电子积分函数库（自研）

eMC: 多组态电子结构程序的主体框架（自研）

GridMol: 基于国家网格计算环境的分子片计算系统（自研）

Kylin: 南大马海波教授主持的密度矩阵重整化群波函数的量子化学程序包，包含EDGA、ec-MRCI等特色模块（参与/合作）

BDF: 北大/山大刘文剑教授主持开发的通用量子化学程序包（参与）

BSTATE： 物理所方忠研究组主持开发的第一性原理密度泛函程序包（参与）

vMSDFT： 吉大曲泽星副教授主持开发的变分多态密度泛函（MSDFT）程序包（合作）
